A Memory Card Game

The idea for this project was born during a two week (covid) stay-home-notice in a hotel room in Singapore. The first week I felt restless and only wanted to play computer games. Then in the second week my brain relaxed and inspiration struck. The cards are made by pressing linocuts on 3x3 inch wooden plates with oil-based ink. I sewed the bags with a variety of textiles and added ribbons and wooden beads. The result: a limited edition of ten memory games in bags. The creatures are inspired by all kinds of animals and plants.
